After the great earthquake of April 2015, many people lost their lives and houses. Mahesh himself had to bear the loss of his grandfather in the tragic mishap. Turning this tragedy into the strength, Mahesh devoted whole-heartedly into the relief activities especially in Sindhupalchok district where the major hit of the earthquake had taken the life of more that 9,000 people.

Human life is limited and perishable hence we have to use the most out of it. Individual success undoubtedly creates a trail that inspires the upcoming entrepreneurs but it would be incomplete if the success is only limited to the narrow periphery of self well-being and family well-being. Keeping this in mind, Mahesh tries to get involved in the social works that serve the deprived and needy people. He is the regular contributor of various scholarship funds, health camps and blood donation campaigns. His company Kangaroo Education Foundation organizes different activities like street cleaning, tree planting, feeding old-age people, supporting the education of orphans and needy children etc. as the corporate social responsibility (CSR).

Turning this tragedy into the strength, Mahesh devoted whole-heartedly into the relief activities especially in Sindhupalchok district where the major hit of the earthquake had taken the life of more that 9,000 people. Mahesh gathered the resources from his own contribution along with other supporters from the country and abroad to purchase foods, tents and clothes for the victims. He also routed some of the grants to re-build some schools of remote villages. He never steps back when there is a need of the hand to support the marginalized and deprived people and it will continue throughout his life.
